Basic information on personal data protection

In compliance with the provisions of the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council , of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) in relation to personal data that will be provided, the interested party is informed:

Purpose: The management of contact data, as well as, where appropriate, the query made and, if the subsequent commercial relationship crystallizes, the administrative, accounting and tax management of the same, as well as the archiving of the actions carried out.

Legitimacy: Consent of the interested party and, if crystallized, treatment and monitoring of the contractual relationship that is formalized.

Data transfer: The data derived from the contact and the consultation will not be communicated to third parties. In the event that a contractual relationship subsequently arises, the personal data provided by the client may be communicated to third parties, in accordance with the provisions of the corresponding contract or order that regulates the conditions.

Rights: To access, rectify and delete your data, request their portability, stand against the processing and request its limitation.

Which is the purpose of the processing of your personal data

We will process your data in order to manage the contact you have made or the query you have sent us. If the subsequent commercial relationship occurs, we will process the data for the administrative, accounting and tax management of the same, as well as the archive of the actions carried out.

How long we will keep your data?

The personal data provided will be kept as long as it is necessary to manage the contact, query or service we provide. Likewise, the persona data will be kept for the legally necessary period in accordance with current legislation.

Legitimacy

The legitimacy of the processing of your data is the consent you give by sending the contact form or query. If the subsequent contractual relationship occurs, the legitimation of the treatment will be the contract or order established with BAQTD and the fulfillment of the obligations derived from it.

To which recipients will your data be communicated?

The data derived from the contact and the consultation will not be communicated to third parties. In the event that a contractual relationship subsequently arises, the personal data provided by the client may be communicated to third parties, in accordance with the provisions of the corresponding contract or order that regulates the conditions.

Which are your rights?

Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether we process personal data that concerns them or not. Interested persons have the right to access their personal data and to obtain a copy of the personal data being processed, to update them, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, data that is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Due to the application of the right to deletion or opposition to the processing of personal data in the online environment, interested parties have the right to be forgotten according to the jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the EU.

Interested parties may object to the processing of their data for marketing purposes, including profiling.

How can rights be exercised?

By writing to BAQTD at the address stated at the beginning of this document to the attention of the Data Protection Officer under the subject “GDPR” or by email addressed to info@baq-tdc.com with the same subject.

Which claim methods exist?

If you consider that your rights have not been properly attended to, you have the right to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Which categories of data can BAQTD process?

BAQTD may process the following categories of user data, depending on the request made through the Website or by any other means: identification data, contact data, economic, financial or insurance data and navigation data collected through cookies, such as your browsing history, your IP address or similar information.

In the event that the user provides data from third parties, the user declares that it has their consent and undertakes to transfer to them the information contained in the Privacy Policy, exempting BAQTD from any responsibility in this regard. However, BAQTD may carry out periodic verifications to verify this fact, adopting the appropriate due diligence measures, in accordance with data protection regulations.
